Dr. Fayz Okil is the co-founder and Medical Director of Fayz Aesthetics, where he combines his deep medical expertise with a passion for aesthetic medicine. With a background in Oncology and General Surgery, Dr. Okil brings a unique level of precision, care, and clinical insight to every treatment he performs.

Primarily focusing on aesthetic consultations and injectable procedures, Dr. Fayz is known for his gentle touch, meticulous technique, and exceptional bedside manner. His approach is centered on enhancing natural beauty while ensuring patient comfort and safety at every step.

Fluent in Uzbek and Russian in addition to English, Dr. Fayz is proud to serve a diverse patient community with warmth and understanding. Outside of his professional life, he is a dedicated father to four children and values the balance between family, medicine, and his ongoing commitment to helping patients look and feel their best.

With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in both New York and New Jersey, I bring a strong foundation in clinical care and a deep passion for aesthetics. My mission is simple yet powerful: to help people look good and feel good — because when we feel confident in our appearance, it positively impacts every part of our lives.

As the co-founder of Fayz Aesthetics, I combine medical expertise with a personalized, compassionate approach to aesthetic care. Every patient is unique, and I take great pride in offering treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety, comfort, and long-term results.

My journey in this field is fueled by genuine passion and professionalism. I believe that high-quality aesthetic care should be accessible — which is why we’ve worked hard to make our services affordable for the Hudson Valley and beyond, without compromising on quality or results.

I’m also a proud mother of four and speak four languages: English, Uzbek, Russian, and Tajik. These experiences allow me to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds and make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome and understood.

Meet Dr. Jonathan Manuel Rey

Medical Director of Weight Loss & Wellness at Fayz Aesthetics

We are proud to welcome Dr. Rey to the Fayz Aesthetics family as the Head of our Weight Loss and Wellness Department. A board-certified Family Medicine physician (ABFM, certified since 2014) with over 14 years of experience, Dr. Rey brings an exceptional breadth of clinical knowledge and a deep commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.

His diverse medical background spans inpatient care, pediatrics, emergency medicine, urgent care, behavioral health, medical education, and weight management—making him uniquely equipped to guide our clients on their wellness journeys. Dr. Rey currently also serves as Medical Director at Mercie Health, where he champions integrative care rooted in empathy, science, and results.

Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Rey cultivated a rich interdisciplinary foundation in chemical engineering, food and agricultural sciences, and chiropractic care, offering him a truly holistic lens on health and healing.

Above all, Dr. Rey is inspired by fatherhood. As a proud dad to Isabella, Xavier, Sebastian, and Tazmyn, he finds daily joy in seeing the world anew through their eyes—an experience that fuels both his compassion and dedication as a physician.

Dr. Aleksandr Shteynberg is a highly respected, double board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive expertise in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He is proud to collaborate with Fayz Aesthetics, offering specialized consultations at their New Windsor, NY location.

Dr. Shteynberg completed his undergraduate education at New York University, graduating with honors. He earned his medical degree and surgical training from SUNY Downstate School of Medicine, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident in 2008.

Following his residency, Dr. Shteynberg pursued advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Long Island Plastic Surgical Group. There, he gained invaluable experience treating complex wounds and burns—developing and refining techniques that now inform the exceptional results seen in his cosmetic procedures.
